Description
My Mom’s Slow Cooker Pork Chops are fall-apart tender, creamy and delicious. This was a
childhood favorite and is one of our favorites today.
Ingredients
6 boneless center cut pork chops
2 (10½ oz) cream of celery condensed soup
2 large garlic cloves, peeled
1 can (10½ oz) milk
1 envelope onion soup & dip mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
¼ teaspoon Accent (optional) or salt to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Add the condensed soup, can of milk, soup & dip mix, garlic cloves, Worcester Sauce,
Accent/Salt /Pepper to your Crockpot and stir to combine.. Set Crockpot on low and allow it
to begin to warm while you continue with the pork chops. Add a small amount of oil to a
frying pan over medium heat, salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and brown each
side, about 3-5 minutes per side. Place pork chops into your Crockpot, cover and cook on low
for 6-8 hours.
Serves
4 - 6
Additional Comments
I find cooking on low for 7 hours suits our preference best. This recipe is also wonderful
using cream of mushroom condensed soup.
